"I was a little unsure about the..."
I was a little unsure about the whole location thing at first, but shopkick explains it clearly and lets me turn it off whenever I want. It doesn’t feel creepy or spammy, which was my main concern. Some apps make a big deal out of permissions for no reason, and that feels unnecessary, but this has been totally fine for me.

"Support replied way faster than I thought"
I had this weird thing where my points just weren’t showing up, so I ended up messaging support. i wasn’t expecting much, because usually these things take forever, but they got back to me quickly. I sent over a screenshot, and after a little back and forth, they were able to fix it. Kind of annoying at first, but not a big deal in the end. Overall, good experience

I used my kicks to get a Target gift card and everything went through just fine. It only took a minute or two to show up, and the whole process was really straightforward with no confusing steps. it was easy and it felt nice to have it work exactly like it was supposed to.

"Nice little bonus for shopping!!"
I’ve been using it when I shop it’s good for picking up extra points here and there!! It’s not like the points pile up super fast or anything, but they do add up over time... which is nice. The rewards are decent enough too!! I just wish some of the kicks were a little easier to earn!!!

"Surprisingly Works Like It’s Supposed To"
I’ve been using Shopkick for a while now, it’s been smooth for me. The app doesn’t constantly crash, which apparently feels like a luxury these days, and it’s not hard to figure out where things are. Scanning items and checking in usually work without making me question my life choices. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but it’s simple, stable, and actually does what it says. So yeah, I’m happy with it so far.
